Once you've registered your return through email, follow the instructions on how to send your return shipment. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN (ONLINE PURCHASE) Returns are free of charge. Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail. The return must be sent to us within 30 days from the date you received your parcel. Items such as swimwear, underwear, pierced earrings, beauty, cosmetics and face masks cannot be exchanged & refunded due to hygiene reasons. 2. Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Print the form we send you and include it in the return package. 3. Attach the return label we send you on your parcel upon collection. You may need to use clear plastic tape to protect the label from weather. 4. The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records. Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel.
